What we need is a fully funded strategy and service. We need to make sure that when a woman has endometriosis, there is a proper diagnosis in the first instance. Obviously, there has to be the highest level of awareness in primary care and GPs have a responsibility, but when they make referrals, these cannot be into nowhere with women waiting for years.
