The Select Committee on Justice, Home Affairs and Migration has completed its consideration of the Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation Bill 2026 and has made no amendments thereto.
Amendments Nos. 9 to 12, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together.
As the time has for the debate has elapsed, I am now obliged to put the question, "That Fourth Stage is hereby agreed and the Bill is hereby passed." Is that agreed?
