I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Criminal Law and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026, taken on Thursday, 22 January 2026. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 85(2), that division must be taken now.

I understand it is proposed to refer this Bill to the Select Committee on Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, pursuant to Standing Orders 103 and 188. Will the Minister move the motion of referral now?

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the River Boyne Task Force Bill 2023, taken on Thursday, 22 January 2026. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 85(2), that division must be taken now.
