I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the Criminal Justice (Amendment) Act 2009. On Tuesday, 23 June 2026, on the question, "That motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 85(2), that division must be taken now.
