I am more than well aware of the procedures and I am certain that I am well within the rules.

I am asking that the Ceann Comhairle would use her office to put aside some time to facilitate the Tánaiste making an important statement.

I am asking the Ceann Comhairle to accept it.

Skerries and Balbriggan in my constituency are the only two towns in Dublin to be left out of the Dublin central commuter zone. The formation of this Government left people under absolutely no illusion. This was a Government formed to keep the old boys club alive and well.
