I call on the Taoiseach to make his opening statement. Under Standing Order 133, he has 15 minutes.

The Bill, which is certified to be a money Bill in accordance with Article 22.2.1° of the Constitution, will be sent to the Seanad.

Seanad amendments Nos. 2 to 5, inclusive, are related and will be discussed together. Deputy Sheehan will move an amendment to Seanad amendment No. 2 on behalf of Deputy Alan Kelly.

The agreement to the Seanad amendments is reported to the House and a message will be sent to Seanad Éireann acquainting it accordingly.

We welcome Deputy Callaghan's mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edie and Cyril Callaghan, from Churchill in Donegal, who are in the Public Gallery with the Deputy's husband, Dean. Go raibh maith agaibh agus fáilte roimh.
