We have some dignitaries in our Gallery. I wish to welcome the ambassador of Albania, His Excellency, Dr. Uran Ferizi, and his colleague, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Mr. Ferit Hoxha. They are most welcome.
