Thank you, Deputy. Time is up. Just before the Taoiseach begins his response, I will mention that we will have a minute's silence after Leader's Questions to mark the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine.

Later, we will have statements relating to the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. To mark that anniversary, I call the numbers to rise in their places for one minute to mark the third anniversary of the war in Ukraine.
