The major inequality here comes from the fact that a small number of people have parents, loved ones or whoever else passing on major inheritances to trigger the inheritance tax. This seems like an incredible situation. It is very stressful and shocking for the parents. Literally, on Monday gone they got a notification that their crèche place would be gone.
