I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Developer Profits Transparency Bill 2023. On Thursday, 2 October 2025, on the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 85(2), that division must be taken now.
The Select Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage has completed its consideration of the following Further Revised Estimate for Public Services for the service of the year ending on 31 December 2025: Vote 34 - Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
