I thank the Minister of State. That concludes statements on the European Council meeting of 18 and 19 June, pursuant to Standing Order 133.

Seanad Éireann has passed the Insurance (Disregard of Certain Medical History and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill) 2025, changed from the Central Bank (Amendment) Bill 2025, without amendment. Seanad Éireann has passed the National Treasury Management Agency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 without amendment.

The agreement to the Seanad recommendations is reported to the House and a message will be sent to Seanad Éireann acquainting it accordingly.

Seanad Éireann has passed the Dublin Airport (Passenger Capacity) Bill 2026 without amendment.

Amendments Nos. 1 and 8 to 11, inclusive, are related and will be discussed together.

Before we started, I should have mentioned that recommittal is necessary in respect of this amendment and the other related amendments as they do not arise from committee proceedings. I ask the Minister to move recommittal and then we will ask that House to agree to that.
