Before calling on Deputy Jennifer Whitmore, I ask colleagues to join me in offering a warm céad míle fáilte to our guests in the Distinguished Visitors' Gallery today from Utah. They include the Governor of Utah, Spencer Cox, First Lady Abby Cox, Senator Mike McKell, Senator Wayne Harper, Representative Logan Monson, Representative Paul Cutler and director of economics, Jefferson Moss. They are here with Senator Mark…
The Members were all very well behaved this morning, in case our guests were wondering. I call Deputy Whitmore.
Please allow the Minister.
Is the Bill opposed?
Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
We now proceed to statements of apology to the family of the late Brian Stack. Before calling on the Taoiseach I wish, on behalf of the House, to acknowledge the presence of Sheila, Brian's wife, and Austin, Kieran and Oliver, his three sons, in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. Today's proceedings mark an important milestone and a significant moment of recognition. I extend a sincere welcome to the family and expr…
That concludes our statements. I again thank the Stack family for being present during the statements. I join with all of the other speakers in what they have said. As the Minister has said, the killers of Brian Stack are still at large and anyone who has knowledge should come forward. I thank all the Members who contributed.

It was grouped with Question No. 86.
Questions Nos. 86 and 90 were grouped.
They are, so it has been taken already. To accommodate the Deputy, she can ask the question, the Minister may respond, and we can leave it at that. I am just trying to accommodate the Deputy.
Before calling on Deputy Barry Ward, I welcome the group in the Public Gallery from Killanny near Carrickmacross. They are here in the company of Deputy Maxwell, who chaired the earlier session in the Dáil, questions to the Minister. I hope they enjoy their day in Leinster House. They are in good hands with Deputy Maxwell.
The Deputy should conclude.
