I move: That, in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform pursuant to Standing Order 128(2)(b), a Special Committee on Preventing and Responding to Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence is hereby established, with Orders of Reference as contained in the report of the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform entitled "Establishing Special Committee on Preventing and Responding to Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence", a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 9th July, 2026.
