I move: That Dáil Éireann: (1) approves the terms of the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage done at Paris on the 6th November, 2001, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 13th August, 2025, (2) approves the making of a Declaration under Article 28 of the said Convention that the Rules of the Annex to the Convention will apply to activities directed at Underwater Cultural Heritage carried out in non-maritime inland waters, and (3) approves the making of a Declaration under Article 9(2) of the Convention that the reports referred to in Article 9(1)(b) shall be transmitted by the State in accordance with Article 9(1)(b)(ii).
