I must now deal with the deferred division relating to the motion regarding the EU proposal for a Council decision authorising member states to sign, in the interests of the European Union, the third additional protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters. Earlier today on the question, "That the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and that division must now be taken.
