Before we move to a motion without debate, I wish to make a brief announcement for the information of Members. As previously notified, Elaine Gunn's appointment as Clerk of the Dáil and Secretary General of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service was approved by the Oireachtas Commission on 21 October last year. Elaine's appointment is effective from today. On behalf of Members, I wish her well for her future in the role and I look forward to working with her.
