I ask Members to remain standing. I want to make a short announcement. I would like to acknowledge the recent loss of two distinguished former Cinn Chomhairle of Dáil Éireann, Mr. Rory O'Hanlon and Mr. Seán Barrett. I would like to advise Members that expressions of sympathy from party and group leaders will be arranged in the coming weeks. At this juncture, on behalf of the Houses of the Oireachtas, I extend our heartfelt sympathy to their families, friends and colleagues who feel their loss most deeply.
