I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 39 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Michael Cahill - To discuss the application of capital acquisition tax to partners in comparison to married couples. Deputy Colm Burke - To discuss the establishment of a national radiation therapy equipment replacement programme. Deputy Jen Cummins - To discuss the status of the Cork Life Centre. Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - To discuss issues surrounding animal welfare. Deputies Dessie Ellis and Paul McAuliffe - To discuss the new school building for Gaelscoil Uí Earcáin, Bóthar Ghlas an Éin, Finglas East, Dublin 11. Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss policing in Dunard, Dublin 7. Deputy Pa Daly - To discuss funding for youth service in Kerry. Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - To discuss proposals for the use of the old prison site at Rathmore Road, Cork city. Deputy Louise O'Reilly - To discuss expanding the communications allowance to include broadband and mobile data. Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú - To discuss supports for those with frontotemporal dementia. Deputy Rory Hearne - To discuss community safety and the need for intervention in Ballymun. Deputy Barry Ward - To discuss creating mechanisms to facilitate a greater uptake of employment within the European Parliament and related institutions. The matters raised by Deputies Jen Cummins, Louise O'Reilly, Barry Ward, Pádraig O'Sullivan and Jennifer Whitmore have been selected for discussion.
